Elanna Lynn, M.S.

My mission is to assist others in awakening to their true power as conscious beings and learning to connect with and trust their own inner wisdom.

In 2021, after nearly a decade as a technical writer, I decided on a career change. I wanted to follow my passion of helping others and to achieve what felt like my highest potential and purpose. I enrolled in a Master's program for Clinical Behavior Health and Addictions Counseling. Want to know a little secret about me? I'm a huge bookworm and a good student. In addition to school, I spent many hours reading or experiencing everything related to psychology, well-being, and mental health. As a technical writer, my job was to understand in the simplest terms how something worked and how all of its parts interacted. I became obsessed with understanding the meaning of life, what it is to be a human being, and trauma and addiction. This path eventually led me to spirituality, meditation, and quantum physics. So it isn't any surprise that a spiritual awakening was just around the corner- in the form of my being laid off one year after starting the 3.5 year-long Master's program. It was a shockingly unpleasant experience, and not part of my plan. However, I  chose to see this unfortunate event as a blessing and a sign - literally to let go. I believed that there was a reason this was happening, and it was all working out in my favor.

Although a career had ended, a journey was about to begin.

Within a few weeks of being let go, I felt the call from the spirit of ayahuasca. I immediately booked a trip to Colombia to participate in a shamanic retreat. Knowing my future as a counselor would involve creating space for others to heal from trauma, I wanted to experience what it was like to sit with myself in darkness. Little did I know, the spirit of ayahuasca would not only give me that experience, it would give me answers to the questions I had been seeking and spark latent intuitive abilities. Through connecting with Spirit, I understood it would take more than clinical training to truly help people heal. I realized that therapy is based on limited knowledge of reality, what humans truly are, and what we are capable of.

After the retreat, I fully committed to my own practice for well-being and exploring spirituality. I trained in Reiki and became an Usui Reiki Master, attended Dr. Joe Dispenza meditation retreats, completed a 6-month course in developing my psychic gifts and connecting with Spirit, and became a certified Core Transformation coach. Much of my spiritual training took place concurrently with my internship as a counselor. I completed training to use EMDR with clients, eager to help people ready to overcome trauma. By the time I graduated, I had concluded that the alternative spiritual modalities I had learned were much more effective in my own life and with clients than any of the tools I had learned as a therapist.

Ultimately, human beings are the embodiment of consciousness and matter existing as a body, mind, and spirit. Living in oppressive and judgmental systems, we forget the power we have to create our own happiness and well-being. I've learned and lived this for myself - becoming an active agent in creating my life and loving it! I am honored to guide you to discovering true wellness, wholeness, and healing.
